From time to time properties become available and enquiries are invited from anyone who lives in St Day or the surrounding area, has lived there in the past or has strong connections with it.

Applicants are asked to complete an application form: financial position and current housing situation are taken into account with priority being given to the elderly and those in greatest need. In due course, applicants may be asked to attend an informal interview with the Trustees.

Applications are then kept on file until a suitable property becomes available or the candidate requests their details to be removed. If you are interested in applying to become a resident, you will need to complete our application form.
